One of my favorite parts of dinner preparation is setting the mood. Whether is selecting interesting table wear, finding the right play-list, or opting for an out-door meal, designing the dinner table has helped me make each meal unique and special.
Last night, we enjoyed a healthy salmon dish, made in my dutch oven. The dutch oven is quickly becoming one of my most useful kitchen items. Most crock-pot recipes can be converted to Dutch Oven recipes, and the results are delicious. :) Though they can be expensive, I'm quite satisfied with my Le Creuset dutch oven (http://www.lecreuset.com).
