Our top story tonight features two spoons who were severely injured by a kitchen disposal. The tea spoons incurred serious injuries and are in critical condition after Emily Koinis left them unattended in the kitchen sink. Our flatware correspondent interrogated the suspect, asking why she failed to grab the helpless spoons before the disposal ruined them. Her response: she couldn’t see past the suds. (Like we've heard that before!).
The suspect has elected to go through defensive dish-washing and has voluntarily allowed her kitchen privileges to be revoked until her husband’s return. At this time, the suspect’s husband is unavailable for comment.
